Breakfast was satisfying, the staff was loyal! Hotel is 15 minutes walk from english garden.

Conveniently located within walking distance of English Garden, Schwabing district is a great place to stay and highly recommended for a visit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained facilities. The location was great, being close to the event I was attending and just a short walk from the nearest metro station. The staff were extremely helpful, storing my luggage and even mailing postcards for me.

The hotel had a run down feel to it. The location is not great, too far to walk anywhere.

The hotel provided great accessibility to key locations, being conveniently near public transportation and a major concert venue. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, with pleasing amenities including air conditioning.

The hotel lacked a distinctive character that made it stand out. the bar was closed on both nights that I stayed, which left me without the option of a nightcap.

I paid a lot because it was Oktoberfest. The hotel is very clean and luxurious, very close to the tram about a 2 minute walk. It was a little out of the way in the sense of the Oktoberfest site but again, very easy to get to by tram and u train (about 25 min ride) and also about that to the main train station. The staff was helpful, spoke english, the food in the restaurant was good. I made a slight mistake booking and selected no breakfast, when the breakfast option on your site would have been 2 Euro more, I ended up having to pay 24 Euro because I clicked the wrong line and the reservation was non refundable. I paid a bit more for the room than expected because of the timing and the fact that Munich is sold out those two weeks but all in all, it was a fantastic place and very clean!

Pricing of the breakfast was too high. The staff at the reception was not really helpful.
